Shipping Policy/Information.

Most orders are filled in 48 hours or less from the time they are placed. UPS Ground takes approx. 3-5 BUSINESS days. For example, an order placed on a Monday will be filled and shipped on or by that Wednesday, and arrive in approximately 4 BUSINESS days, or the following Tuesday.

We will contact you via-email if there is any further delay in processing your order. In some cases we may ship your order in more than one shipment. There will NOT be additional shipping fee's because of this.

BAKERY ORDERS

Please note that the Bakery requires us to give them a week notice to prepare fresh baked items for our customers. They are worth the wait!

Bakery orders are picked up fresh on Wednesdays and shipped out that day. (IF there are other items with a bakery order, they will all be shipped together).

If your order comes in by Wednesday close of business 6:30p.m. EST., it will be picked up and mailed out the following Wednesday and arrive 3-5 BUSINESS days later via UPS Ground. (Most Bakery items now contain preservatives.)

Example: You place your order on Monday January 1st. Your order goes in on Wednesday January 3rd. Your order is picked up from the Bakery the following Wednesday, January 10th and mailed out the same day. You receive your order approximately 4 BUSINESS days later on Tuesday January 16th (Approximately. 2 weeks from the time the order was placed).

Note: Not all Bakery items are available for shipment. You must pick them up on your scheduled Wednesday delivery date. See individual Bakery items for details on which items are "Pick Up" only items.

Return / Refund Policy.
Your satisfaction is most important to us. Products are shipped from us in perfect condition. We realize that damage may sometimes occur during shipment. If you receive a damaged product that you are unable to consume, please contact us via e-mail within 7 business days of delivery. Please provide your name and shipping address, name of product and defect. We will replace that product with a new one within 30 days of your e-mail. Thank you for your business.

Inventory Policy
CeliacProducts.net makes every effort to ensure that items listed on the site are in stock and available for quick delivery. From time to time items may go out of stock or are discontinued. If this is a short-term backorder, we will hold your order until all products are ready to ship. If this is a long-term backorder, those products will be canceled and your remaining products will be shipped.
